HeART, MIND & SOUL - 3 Part Series:
Saturdays: 9/12/26, 10/17/26 and 11/14/26
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
$375
HeART, MIND & SOUL: An ongoing collaborative series presented by local artist, Tabbatha Henry, and Kripalu Meditation Teacher, Nicole Grenier. This series blends journaling, art, and meditation for relaxation, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
This link includes all three Journaling, Mask Making, and Crown Making with HeART classes.
Through guided meditation, art making, and journaling we will compost old ways of being into something new and beautiful. We’ll use paint, markers, glue, glitter, and more, to play and create large-scale journal pages, masks, and crowns that we will then DEconstruct so that we can REconstruct them, in order to move through and beyond the obstacles that have been holding us back. Each workshop will combine meditation, art, and journaling in a supportive and low pressure environment. We’ll explore, play, and use color as we create the base for each project, and be guided through prompts and meditation to support our process. This can be a fun yet powerful way to make lasting change!
No art, journaling, or meditation experience necessary. All supplies included. Tea and snacks provided. Please bring your own lunch.
Take 1 or 2 classes at $150 each (see below), or register here for all 3 classes at a discounted price of $375.
Location: Waterbury Center. Address to be shared upon registration confirmation.

It will be confidential and there will be time for each person to talk about their experience in the group, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a deeply relaxing yoga nidra meditation.
