ABOUT NICOLE
Nicole Grenier has been committed to building community & connection since the very beginning. As an empathic and intuitive child, she was naturally led to her career working in children’s mental health where she demonstrated her powerful ability to build trust and lead with integrity for over 25 years.
In 2014, she made the leap from serving in rural public mental health to pursue her dream of entrepreneurship in order to continue creating community & connection beyond the confines of the system of care while creating a life that supported her to also better balance being a mom.
Nicole founded the very popular Stowe Street Cafe in the village of Waterbury which successfully earned it’s place as a community pillar that was “so much more than a coffee shop” and was truly an expression of her values and her heart.
After 10 incredible years, Nicole made the leap again and chose to close the cafe in order to answer her heart’s call. No longer willing to only dabble in holding space and providing powerful support to her community from across the coffee counter, she was ready to devote herself fully to honoring more of her own peace, at her own pace, and with more presence, purpose, power, and pleasure while helping others to do the very same.
It is from this heart-led and intentional place that Chase Mountain Wellness was born. Rooted on Chase Mountain in Waterbury Center, surrounded and supported by nature, Nicole is deeply honored to provide powerful support to others who are ready to follow the call of their own heart, even if they do not yet think they know the way.
“It is with the utmost sincerity and deepest compassion that I look forward to partnering with you as you walk the path toward what your heart and soul most deeply desire”.
With gratitude - Nicole

"Nicole is an exceptional listener who is curious and asks powerful questions. She helped me to uncover the thoughts and feelings that were below the surface of what I was struggling with."

"(She) has a way of letting me take the space to be really heard in a way that doesn't feel judgmental. It's really very special and rare."

"Nicole led a small group of us through a guided meditation that included some breath work, gentle stretching, and ended with silence - all in a chair sitting position. Her voice is very calming and there is no pressure to remain perfectly still. It was such a great way to end the day with calm and to rest my "monkey mind" for an hour. If you’re interested in meditation, I highly recommend joining this series."
